Research centers, office buildings, corporate headquarters, semi-conductor manufacturing and technology complexes are some of the facilities where we deliver value to our customers. Facility services include corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance, as well as capital projects, plant operations, subcontract management, space management assistance, clean room.

 

 

 

Services We Provide

 

Routine Custodial Services

Provided Monday through Friday

Hours vary, most services: Monday through Friday 9a.m. to 6p.m.

Emergency response 7 days a week 24 hours / Day Consisting of.

 

  • Sweeping, dusting, mopping

  • Sanitizing, restroom care, locker room care

  • Cleaning mirrors (step ladder reachable only)

  • Interior windows (step ladder reachable only)

  • Emptying trash

  • Providing support for paper recycling

  • Re-lamping

  • Washing entrance windows

  • Snow removal at building entrances

  • Response to special needs

  • Daily interaction with customers

  • Special Projects and Event Support

  • Vacuum carpet

  • Scheduled overtime hours 7 days a week, 24 hours / day

  • Shampooing carpet and carpet runners

  • Annual space deep cleaning
